About TennanSeed
We help landlords and property managers organise maintenance, follow repair progress and keep property records together. You’ll work directly with the Founder & Senior Engineer as we develop our property technology product.
What you’ll do
Own agreed accessibility and usability checks alongside our general Android QA work.
- Check TalkBack reading order, accessible names, focus movement and form feedback.
- Review large text, contrast, touch targets, keyboard behaviour and device rotation.
- Walk through repair reporting, property records and upload journeys with fictional data.
- Document barriers with reproduction steps and suggested improvements, and retest agreed fixes.
- Maintain an accessibility and usability checklist for the mobile website and available Android test builds.
What you’ll bring
Experience using Android accessibility features or evaluating usability is helpful. Personal familiarity with assistive technology and transferable skills are welcome. You do not need to disclose a disability, medical information or other sensitive personal details.
Working arrangements
We will agree pay, set weekly hours, working days, equipment, duties and written employment terms before starting. Assigned training and testing time are paid. This role supports product improvement; it does not provide legal accessibility certification. Native test access depends on Google Play testing arrangements.
Fixed-term contract
This is a temporary, fixed-term position. The contract length, start and end dates, weekly hours, working days and pay will be agreed in writing before starting. Extension or a permanent position is not guaranteed.
