About TennanSeed

TennanSeed helps landlords and property managers organise maintenance, track repairs and keep compliance records together. We’re building the product with user feedback and want help turning relevant conversations into product demonstrations, useful learning and customers.

Your first project

Work with the founder to define the target customer, research relevant prospects and run a focused outreach and demo-booking project.

• Research independent landlords, letting agents and property management teams whose needs fit the product.
• Develop clear outreach messages with the founder and contact prospects through agreed channels.
• Qualify interest, understand current processes and arrange suitable product demonstrations.
• Follow up conversations and support prospects through the agreed next steps.
• Maintain an accurate prospect pipeline and report replies, meetings, feedback and outcomes.
• Bring customer objections and feature requests back to the founder.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in B2B business development, consultative sales or customer acquisition.
• Clear written communication and confidence speaking with business owners.
• A practical approach to prospect research, follow-up and pipeline management.
• Ability to understand software workflows and explain their value accurately.
• Experience working independently and agreeing realistic project milestones.

Experience in property, lettings or SaaS is helpful. Relevant experience from other sectors is welcome. A degree is optional.

How we’ll work together

This is an initial paid freelance project. We’ll agree the scope, fee, deliverables, reporting arrangements, expenses and timetable before work begins. Please include your proposed project fee or day rate when applying.

You’ll work directly with the founder. Product claims, pricing and any customer commitments must follow the agreed brief. Any further engagement will be scoped and agreed separately.
