Create private property profiles and request publication after human review. Approval is not guaranteed. Independent registry searches or professional checks may be required; external charges are not included. Review is not a legal title guarantee. Public listings require active Enterprise access and can be withdrawn. Property records support international locations, including the UK, Europe and Nigeria. Rent and listing currencies currently supported are GBP, EUR, USD and NGN; no currency conversion is performed.

Enterprise is a software subscription. Rent payments are recorded manually; TennanSeed does not collect tenants’ rent, hold their money or connect their bank accounts. Currency conversion is not included. Existing maintenance-cost reports remain in GBP.

Once subscribed, the workspace owner can use Manage billing to see invoices, update payment details and cancel. Paid access lasts through the paid period. If it ends, existing records remain available to read and export; adding new rent records or documents requires renewed access. Existing customer launch access is not converted into a paid subscription automatically.

Billing is in GBP. Your card issuer may apply exchange fees if you pay from another currency. TennanSeed is not UK VAT registered; no UK VAT is added. You will see the total before confirming payment. Your first subscription has a 14-day full-refund request period. Cancel future renewals in Manage billing or contact support.
